May you help me to find the reasons for what the led lamp don-t light or blik in starting procedures. ?

With engine running ground the purple wire at light, if light doesn't come on then replace light.

I have chaged the lamp but the problem is the same. The red wire has not ellectrical impulse.
What have I check more to solve the problem

May you recomand me the most suitable propeller size for my F15CMH used on a light inflatable boat for speed improvement ???. In this moment it has a 91/4X11-J1 propeller size but I have to change it
