Yamaha 60ce 2 stroke wont turn off

Wondering if anyone knows where to get a manual for a 60ce I have a few problems that could be solved with a manual

should be able to buy a manual on line, selock, clymer, or see a dealer they should be able to help you.. typically though when they wont shut off i would be suspect of the key switch or kill circuit..

yep but to check if I can help you I need manely the code # and not so importat but can make the diference the serial #

check continuity from engine block the black wire at keyswitch,then black to white acrossed the switch(key off) then white from keyswitch to white at CDI.
should have continuity.
