2000 15hp outboard conversion

hello guys and gals...new to this website and so had to sign up your threads are great!! so heres what i have got is a basic 12ft aluminum boat no steering wheel or controls just three basic seats...what i am looking to do is take my 15hp yamaha pull start motor and convert it to electric start, with a throttle/shift control, and a steering wheel...i have seen a few threads to point in the right dirrection but it only has the motor parts not the steering wheels or the control cables with the housing to bolt on to the side of the boat? is there a kit out there?

please help me...thank you in advance....the guy who has a bum back and cant do the turn around thing anymore

I believe installing electric start may be cost prohibitive if not out and out un-doable. The controls and set up will also be fairly expensive. Maybe check with local Yamaha dealer for any ideas or opinions regarding this situation. Good Luck!
