F250 Internal (Cylinder) Anode Replacement

Is this something that I can tackle on my own? Most of them appear to be accessible like a spark plug and I did not see where gaskets were involved in the blow out diagram. The diagram is somewhat confusing and some references redundant???. It appears that there are 6 accessed in/thru cylinder wall but then show another 2?(ref 14) or 8? (ref 15) as well.
Motors are almost 4 years old and have 1000 hrs so it is time.

anodes in the head,t-stat housings and ex cover.
the 6 in the heads use a grommet for sealing.
