CDI, Compression, Propeller

I recently bought at auction a Triton boat with a 1996 60HP Yamaha C60TLRU.

It has 3 issues/questions:

1) Compression is 115,113,102, when cold and it has not been runnig for at least 2 years. Is this an issue to be concerned with
2) it is missing the whole CDI module/assembly. It looks like I can buy on line for $600(total assembly). Any advice? is there a place I can get a used assembly?
3) missing propeller. Anybody has specifications? Any place to buy a good used one?

Other than the above the engine seems clean. final question, shoud I rebuild, or find a used engine?

Compression is just below specs, need to get it running and run some Carbon Combustion Cleaner and shock treatment of Ring Free to see if compression evens up.
Don't have used CDI, just new.
Might look at performance bulletins on Yamaha's web site for boat/motor similar to yours to help with prop.
