2008 F-90 won't run at slow idle

Hi guys.
MY 2008 F-90 will start and run with fast idle lever at 1500 rpms but stalls instantly if I try to slow idle down. I took it for ride and works perfectly at top speeds. Plugs and fuel filter checked ok. Do you think it might be problem with ISC. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes,ISC and engine harness might cause such problems.Had to do both things on a F80.Covered by yamaha-warranty

When you mentioned warranty I called my dealer and found out I am still covered as I bought motor new in spring of 2010. I will bring to dealer for repairs.
