    manasota,
I think it would be adapter kit #6R3-ADPKT-94-93, but I'm not sure. Get in touch with boats.net (sponsor of this forum) and they should be able to tell help you.

Maybe I should be more specific. I want to adapt this tach to a '96 115hp SWS wiring harness.

The plugs are different. I thought there were two $15 adpters? Maybe I should just wire it directly without the plugs?

No attachments on this forum huh? Anyway it's the older model tach with the separate window for the trim/tilt and says "LCD marine meter" on the bottom.

6E5-82541-00-00 and 6E5-82541-10-00 will adapt the old style tach(round connectors) to newer style trim/oil wire harness(square connectors). You can order 6YR-W0035-E1-00 tach kit and get the new tach and all wiring harness to install.

Thanks...that's the ticket. I came across an old tach in good shape and don't have the cash to spring for a new one.
