My New-to-me 1995 250 seems to run alot rougher at idle than my 94 did.. Compression is 110 all around, I still get 5800 RPM out of it, I installed new plugs (old ones looked like they burned evenly) and pulled wires off to isolate a 'suspect' cylinder..no big impact, but one wire was arcing and schocking me even with a rubber glove on (though I used insulated pliers..they're all I had available). The engine smooths out at 1700 RPM and performs great after that. The boat shakes quite a bit when the engine is at the lower RPMS (<1700 RPM). Any insight?
