Fuel Sender Unit Assy

Hi,

I just bought Yamaha´s #6Y5-85752-02-00 Fuel Sender Unit Assy and since I intend to use as well a Fuel/Water Separating Filter Assembly I was wondering in which order are these 2 items to be mounted in between fuel tank and engine?

Is it Fuel Tank --> Fuel Filter --> Fuel Sender Unit --> Engine ??

as you wrote,

you put the filter before because you don´t wanna get any particles from the tank to the fuel sender.

and depending on your filter, the fuel flow can be different between tank>filter and filter>engine
