First time posting looking for any feedback I can get. Took boat to mechanic when it started fouling plugs and looseing power. They changed thermostat and found some sort of gasket leaking water. Took boat out and it ran pretty good. Next trip worse and last trip could not get past 3500 rpm or up on plane. Compression is around 115 for all cylinders. New plugs were wet and looked fould. Any thought on how to proceed ?

need to do a leak down test, could be a ruptured fuel pump diaphram, I have a set diagnostic procedure that i do, takes me about 30 minutes, every engine has to do 4 things, suck, squeeze, bang, blow... find out which one it is not doing. if i cant find it in a basic diagnostics search, then its time to dig deeper.
