Anyone do this? Would it be possible to put a sleeve on the 20 in shift shaft to make it work with the 25 lower unit? Trying to avoid pulling powerhead.
I was thinking of cutting the shift shaft then using stainless tubing that would slide over the shaft to elongate using plenty of overlap. Either welded or JB Welded together.
