2 weeks ago I tried to start my 15HP Enduro and it seemed locked up. I removed the spark plugs and sprayed WD40 into the cylinders. an hour later I was able to used the flywheel to turn the engine over until the pull cord could be used. The engine started and was used for an hour powering a dinghy up and down a river. Today I tried to use the pull cord and again the engine would not turn over and after spraying WD40 and letting it sit I can still not turn over the engine. What should I do to determine where the lock up is located.
