1990 3 or 4hp which is quieter?

Anyone have experience with these two 2 strokes as far as which one is quieter/smoother? I have a 3hp now and it's amazingly quiet for a 2 stroke. I would like to get a 4hp to have the reverse gear but was wondering if the 4hp was just as quiet. According to the catalog they are different blocks, different bore/stroke and the 3 is loop charged while the 4 is cross charged.

The 4hp is quiet, never compared a 3 and a 4hp to see if is as quiet but probably about same.

The cover on the 4hp has more to it so maybe that helps.....I may soon have one of each and will know.
