low fuel pressure

I have a 2006 225hp outboard on a z-20 ranger. When I blast off the motor runs great -- for aBOUT 10 MINUTES. It starts well and idkes well, But if I get above 3300 rpms the motor starves for gas and an alarm goes off. If I let it idle slow for a few minutes the alarm goes off. I can then usually get on plane and run for up to 15 miles at 3300 rpms. I have replaced 3 fuel filters and addsta-bil whenever I add gas. HELP!!

can we get a model number?
were at least 5 versions of a 225 outboard in 06.
but none have any alarms associated with fuel pressure.
