yamaha 130 etlf trickle of water from head

when starting my engine i noticed a trickle of water coming from the right side head gasket at the top of the head.also there is no pee stream coming from the outlet after several minutes of run time. I'm suspecting an overheating problem and i'm wondering how involved do i need to get to repair this. do i need to pull the powerhead and if so do i need to remove the valves and get the surfaces machined ?
any answers woulb be greatly appreciated.

no valves.
most likly some stuck bolts. cylinder heads can be removed withouut powerhead removal.
barring corroded fasteners not a hard job.
