yes you can, but if you are to the point where you think the injectors are the issue, they probably need to be pulled out and cleaned properly, and the basket filters replaced..

[Accurate Fuel Injectors]

You really shouldn't use fuel injector cleaner. It sometimes will do more bad than good. You should pull your injectors and send them out for reconditioning. You also want to make sure the fuel in your tank is good, clean the filter in the VST, and replace all of your fuel filters before you reinstall the reconditioned injectors.
