Lost power to 2006 150 yamaha

Lost power to my 2006 150 yamaha went to start boat while fishing and nothing.. first thought it was a dead battery, got a jump and nothing... and a new battery nothing.. wont trim up or down, starter is stuck and electronic fuel pump wont turn on when key is turned over. If anyone has any advice I will really appreciate it.

Check battery cables and their connections.
A volt meter will show you where you have battery voltage and where you do not. Check while under load also

if starter is stuck try turning flywheel by hand, doesnt sound good

the 150 was made in about 7 versions,both 2 and 4 stroke, in 06.

Lets see here,, wont spin over, wont tilt and trim, fuel pump wont come on. sounds like a blown main fuse to me,,
