rodbolt need help

working on a 2003 z200 hpdi 900 hr
at a cold start up it will surge and stall,after it runs about 5 min at a fast idle its ok
changed all gas filters
plugs
did a snyc & link
check lp fuel pumps (no leaks)
vst pump 60 lbs
hp pump @ 475 rpm 690.52
atmospheric pressure 30.2 in hg
timing btdc 4 deg
o2 sensor .10 v
tps .61 v
throttle valve oprning 2.3 deg
injection duration 1.16 ms
all cly fire in gear
out of gear cly # 2 & 3 off
compression between 115 and 110 lbs
what shoud i do now

your o2 sensor voltage is way off.
its lean.
should be in the .4-.6V range.
either the sensor is bad or an injector isnt working/flowing.

what is the best way to check the o2
how can i check the injector
i do have ver 1.32 of the yds

1.32 will work fine with that engine.
check O2 sensor heater voltage.
not a good way to test injectors.
test the engine temp sensor.
