trim cylinder caps

hi new to forum my trim cylinder end caps are frozen i noticed the seals leaking and ordered new ones i was able to borrow the yamaha tool but the screw in studs that go into the tool and fit into the end caps shear off before the caps turn i;ve tried heating the cylinders alittle and i have some liquid wrench on them. Any other ideas would be appreciated

They can be a beaaitech i took mine to the local machine shop they cracked it open for me $20.00 bill tho be careful using heat as you can destroy it... Cat

I used a hammer and drift pin to get it moving.Cap could not be re-used but only way that worked on one that was seized. I even bought a special Vice Grip pipe wrench that wrapped around the edge of the cap but ....no go.
