where will i get replacment lower cowls, and new(dont know name of it)part of on off switch lever(position is as follows)below lever.it is a clear plastic screw in thing when removed fuel comes out and there is a fine filter mesh above it.the screw in bit is what i"m after.cheers mick

The 5 hp was only sold here in US in 1984-85 and again in 1995-2001, you can look at parts pages on those to see if might be same as yours, I'm not sure.
