Trim motor runs slow

Trim motor runs slow and trim motor heats up. Put a new motor in and same thing. Unit is off the motor on the bench.

Any ideas? Seems like it's binding?

Do you have fluid in it sounds like it is low if it works then it is not the motor and if the rams do not leak well then what else is there?

Check voltage to motor under load, may have a low voltage problem.

Plenty of voltage....fully charged battery on test bench in shop.

6G5.....any ideas. Plenty of fluid, Relief valve stuck maybe and too much pressure?
