yamaha 100 2 stroke engine won's start

I just bought used boat with 100HP 2 stroke engine, the electrical starter crank, spark plugs work, but the engine would not start, when I turn the switch on, I also heard alarm sound from control box, what should I do now? can anyone give me some suggestions?
