My speedo does not work. I have a 2006 F250XTR and all other functions of the command link seem to opperate just fine. Any suggestions on what to look for?

bad or unplugged speed transducer,if used or a bad GPS interface,if used.
only two ways to input speed information.
one is with the transducer the other is by GPS input.
which are you using.
there is a reason for my question. -
Im using a sending unit somewhere on the motor but I have no idea where it is or what it looks like. The speedo has worked in the past but now no luck. Any information is much appreciated. Thank you.Comment

little silver cannister with a 3 wire connector, should be bolted to the pan on the lower port corner.
if the sensor and the sensor holder have the same size hex, shame on the servicing techs.Comment
