Winterize my 300 hpdi

What should I run through my engine to store it for the winter besides store-n-start? Do I disconnect the fuel line at the engine fuel filter and connect my winter storage mixture at that point? I assume I should still pull the spark plugs and spray fogging fluid into the cylinders?

There should be a winter storage procedure in your owner's manual. Just add a fuel stabilizer to your main tank and run long enough to get thru the fuel system, say ten minutes. Then remove spark plugs and fog cylinders.
I would keep at least 2/3 tank fuel in main tank to cut down on condensation.
