HPDI fuel strainer

Are these two HPDI fuel strainers (pre-VST) interchangeable?:

60v-24251-01

68f-24251-00-00

the 68f number supercedes to the improved 60v number.
ALWAYS use the correct oeticker clamp. DO NOT use a worm screw style clamp.
and its a post VST also known as the medium pressure filter,

Thanks for correcting me on the pre- and post-VST Rodbolt. I think I understand from what you wrote that they are the same exact filter, with just a different identifier? And yes, I did take your advice from a long time ago and I bought Oetiker clamps and a pliers. Thanks again~

from what he wrote the 60V is the new and improved one you need to install.
Have no idea what is improved though
