The spinning nut

1999 WaverunnerXL Between the Duct intake there are 4 bolts /with washers which go through the Duct intake and connect to the nut on the hull side of the duct intake. When I try to remove the bolts the nut on the hull side spims. I there a trick to keep the nut from spining? Jet unit one part 1 / part 62 / Part 63. Any help would help.Carlbunga@yahoo.com

The nuts should be epoxyed in hull, probably will have to hold nut with vise grips to get loose then reglued nuts into hull.
