Need help. Fuel pump has lost power. sometimes it has power and no ground and other time no power and has ground. i can jump power and ground to pump it works fine. Anyone have a wiring diagram or where to get one?

is the filter clean ?? clean fuel in VST ?
need to do a vac test on fuel supply side
need to do an amp draw test on hp pump -
remember the HP pump has 12V between the red wire and engine block ground anytime the key is on.
the ecu controls the operating ground path either through the resistor(below 1200 RPM) or directly to the the ECU internal ground, above 1200 RPM.Comment

Yes the red wire has 9.5 volts. it shuts off above 1200rpm.. Would it be the ECU? Can the the ECU be tested?Comment
