what is the torgue specs and bolt pattern?

What is the head torgue specs and bolt pattern for Yamaha 250 TXRP? My order #47874104 is getting ready to ship. Do I use gasket cement of any kind? Any other advice or tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Marty

carefully follow the service manual.
if any sealents or lubricants are needed it will show it.
it also shows the specs and how many passes.
