Alarm horn not sounding on 2005 T25

I have the standard single key switch assembly with alarm horn. When I turn on the key or start the engine I do not get any sounds from the horn. If I pull the kill switch and try and start the engine I get no sound. If I put 12 volts to the horn leads it screams like a banshee. Any ideas what might be going on? Thanks!

working as designed
that horn/engine does not self test.
even with the lanyard pulled.
you can test the circuits with key on engine OFF, unplug the pink wire at the temp switch and ground it or jumper the oil switch to ground.
