trim problems

My trim motor went bad so i replaced it refilled resivor with fluid. the trim goes up and down wioth out the weight of the motor but as soon as the motor weight is added it sinks all the way down and it will not trim up under its own power.It is a 60 hp yamaha 2 stroke. I took the motor off of the main ram and it will not go up at all even with no weight. the 2 smaller rods come up fine. it will not move with the motor weight . every time i bleed it i hear air squit into the resivor but it still wont work have bleed it like 50 times. Ant help would be great.

Make sure the manual release screw is tight.
