Initialising Command Link Tachs

Hello
I have 2 x 2012 250's
I have installed the buses and cabling as directed in the manual for command link square 4 guage system.
The Tachs when powered up by the key switch are showing a blank line and and flashing line.
How do I initialise the Tachs to receive information.
System has a single key switch with a start button for each engine.

Sounds like something not installed correctly, recheck pigtail and bus wire connections.
