    okay,
    I will retest tonight,
Late night last night and it did start automatic pumping so I will check everything again,
I will put the down motor parts on the working motor tonight and see if it fails.
Thanks, I will keep working on it.
I could use your help on my other post if you have time

This is my port # and the starboard is the same minus the reverse propeller
      LZ200TXRB.
I am taking your information that the problem is not the trim sensor.
I race Offroad race cars in the desert so I can usually figure this stuff or but electronics and computers are tricky to me and I have failed on outboards so far on these two issues I have.

I will be flipping all the electrical and oil sensors from the bad starboard side motor of the boat to the good port side motor and see if I have the same issue and taking the good port side electrical and sensors to the bad starboard side and see if I have the same issue.

and you will end up with two bad motors.
I am to tired tonight to go over all the posts to figgure out what we are splatter gunning.
repost the isssue with the motor model number that we are fighting.

          Unfortunitly you are correct.
Now both motors are doing the samething no matter how I flip parts over one another - Fresh Start on next post.

Restart of Post, we will do one item at a time, I purposly dropped the oil level 1/4" below the low mark on the primary oil tank on the port outboard motor to simulate the issue in the field, the trim sensors read down, the pump only kicks on with the emergency toggle switch:

            Motor # LZ200TXRB - 2003
            Actual Oil levels:
Primary oil tank on outboard is simulated 1/4" lower than LOW Mark to create simulated issue.
            Remote tank is full.

            Problem:
Tach Meter reads First Bar Blinking, Alarms are ringing:
Automatic Pump Does not kick on,

              ok
              last time.
get trim out of your head.
has nothing at all whatsoever to do with ANYTHING to do with oil transfer on this engine.
              how the system works.
the ECU monitors SWB,remote tank switch.
if the switch is closed you get a green lamp or far right bar.
if the switch is open you get a yellow or center bar, this will dissallow ANY automatic transfer but MANUAL will still work.
the engine tank switch is actually 3 switchs.
              SW1 SW2 and SW3.
SW1 switch at top commands pump off.
SW2 switch in the center commands pump on.
SW3 float at bottom commands pump on again,RPM reduction and red or far left bar on tach.
so from what we know know.
if SWB is closed, remote tank level ok.
and SW3 is closed, engine tank low.
then you get all lamps, bars flashing indicating a system malfunction or initial engine tank fill and a transfer pump ON for 180 seconds.
your indication of a far left bar and an audible indicates an open circuit on the SWB.

                Okay,
Both Engines read left bar only and my remote tanks are full.
This means there is a open circuit.
                Open circuit means?
                (a break in the wire)?
                or
                (wire is grounding out)?
                or
( Sensor in the remote tanks is giving a false reading or failing)
                or
                (All of Above)?

open means bad or no connection

If you keep calling them sensors instead of switches, Rod will get upset

                    yep upset.
with the engine tank level low and the remote tank full you should get an alarm with 3 bars flashing.
if you dont SWB OR the wiring has failed.
the ecu monitors SWB, if closed, blk/red to black is grounded it sees enough oil for AUTOMATIC transfer.
if SWB is open OR the blk/red or black wire at the remote tank has a break the ECU sees SWB open and AUTOMATIC transfer is inhibited.
it says why bother to turn on the transfer pump? the dang thang is empty.
typically of the remote tank is actually low enough to open SWB there is enough oil for 2 manual transfers then your just SOL.

                      Found it!!!!!!
                      The (switches are good)
Port Remote tank (Switch) electrical plug was lightly corroded on B/R and cleaned.
Starboard Remote tank (Switch) electrical plug was bad / Open on the B/R wire.

Where Do I purchase these plugs without purchasing the whole harness or the whole switch on the remote tank.
I want to do it correctly and use Yamaha plugs.
