what would a bad thermo sensor other than the cold start process

depends on the failure.
it will either be very hard starting cold or will run pig rich all the time.

what are the different failors when i first got the boat last year when i would start it up the idle would go up till it was warm then drop down 1200rpm then to 750rpm now just starts at 750

today i did some tests on the sensor that was the book it said at 68f it should be 61.6 kilohms and 3.3 at 212f i got 118.6 kilohms at 68f and 6.4 at 212f im thinking it is no good any thoughts

what effects would it have on the motor's performance? I'm also having some issues where it bogs or misses at high rpm, but doesn't happen all the time. Not sure if it's a fuel issue or sensor that is making it do it-
