hello, does anyone know how i can turn my european yamaha serial number to match usa´s serial? or is there somewhere some website or something where i can found cdi box part numbers for my yamaha motor?

i tried to buy cdi box with my engine serial and customers service send me e-mail that they cant found parts with my european serial number.

serial number is F9 9BM 6G9 S 005485 if someone knows right away how it can be done

Might try finding out the part number for yours where you are and then see if that will cross over or be the same as one over here
