Rough Idle OX66 200 HPDI

Im sure this has been addressed before but, I can't seem to find enough info. Have a 2004 3.1L HPDI that has recently developed a rough idle. Last trip, I had purchased approx. 30 gals. of fuel, Added SeaFoam as usual and went fishing. Notice an increase in start up smoke (Cold) but ran fine at first. When I started the engine to return to launch, the Idle was very rough and would barely stay running however, ran normal on high end. Have checked plugs and fuel bowl and they seem normal. Checked with service station on fuel complaints and owner (boater) says none at all. This motor gets terrible fuel econemy to begin with but have noticed an increase lately. Purchased rig used from co-worker and have had zero problem until now.(7 months). Any help and/or suggestions appriciated.

3.3 z motor wasnt made in a 200 in 04.

Also notice a good bit of oil around the front of engine under the throttle body cover. Shouldn't it be dry?
