7 Pin connection damaged

Hi guys - total newbie here. i own a 1994 T9.9 ELRS. my buddy damaged my 7 pin connection by twisting it to death. I'd like to replace just the connection rather than the entire wiring that goes along with it. Can someone point me in the right direction? i've been doing some searching and it looks like i need to buy the whole harness.

Yes you will need to replace the entire harness.
