2008 F40 Remote to Tiller converstion

Found a good deal on a 2008 F-40 for my son but it would need to be converted from a remote to a tiller, i believe it is a F40TLR as it has power trim....does anyone know if there is a kit available and the approx. cost associated...Thanks in advance!

Yes the part numbers are as follows.

6x4-42103-51-00 = tiller handle assy (boats.net $440.45)
6x4-42102-31-00 = tiller handle fitting kit (boats.net $133.90)

Thank you, does the handle assm. include the friction brake or would that be an addition kit?
