Yamaha 9.9 Cooling

Hi, I have a 1997 9.9 Horse Power motor that is running fine. However I've noticed that water is coming out of an area right above where the lower unit attaches to the upper unit. Is this normal? The water stream coming out of the tell-tale appears normal and the engine doesn't appear to be over heating. But I'm just concerned about that extra water flow.

Thanks, I went ahead and replaced the water pump impeller, yesterday and it's a good thing that I did, because it was starting to deteriorate and 2 of the fins had broken off and were partially blocking the water passage. It really shoots the water out now. Thanks for the reply, yes I now see that the other seepage is normal.
