Yamaha 150 V6 Rubber Seal - 1989 model

Is there any physical difference between the following part numbers?

A) 6E5-42716-00-00 / $100.00
B) 6E5-42716-10-00 / $ 60.00

The parts view shows the very same image for both of these part numbers yet there is a difference in price. My engine calls for the "A" part number. Will the "B" part number fit as well?
