yamaha150 tilt and trim

Hey how hard is it to put seals in a tilt and trim can u send me any videos on it

Its not that difficult, but the proper tools are required, providing you dont want to destroy the caps with a punch and hammer

I've replaces the drive motor, gear asy and many o rings on my 99 S150 and it's not that difficult but you need a yamaha repair manual so you don't miss anything. I never had to take apart the pistons but like f3504x4blue said you need that special tool to remove and re touque it. And then bleed the whole thing a few times to get all the air out..
