F150's Won't Start After VST Filter Replacement

I just finished replacing the F Filter and the VST filter on both of my 2005 Yamaha F150's. Now the port side motor won't start at all, and the starboard motor starts but shakes fairly violently.

Any ideas what the problem might be? One thing to note, I did NOT prime the fuel after reassembling the motors. I searched all through my bilge and cannot see fuel bulb anywhere. The fuel line appears to exit my water separator filters and go through some sort of metal device with electrical wires attached to it. From there the fuel line goes straight out through the transom.

if you dont have primer bulbs you need to install them, the vst is just a bowl of fuel the electric pump sits in. if there is no fuel in there the engine wont run, sounds like you dont have fuel water seperators either, need to install those as well, how bad was the vst filter, might need to move on to the injectors, there are basket filters in the top of them.
