thermostat sensor for 90 2 stroke outboard

I was wondering where the thermostat sensor is on a 90 2 stroke Yamahar outboard engine. This is an inline 3 cyclinder engine.

It's on top of cylinder head by the thermostat.

If you are talking about the thermo switch, then it will be mounted in the head assy near the top. It is mounted in front of a round piece of rubber about the size of your thumbnail. There are two wires that come out of the rubber plug.
On my 2000 C115 the wires are pink and black.
