2008 Yamaha 150 TXR hard to start cold, will not idle for a couple of minutes until you run it for awhile then starts and idles fine. Pulled carbs and cleaned, had set up for awhile and before we cleaned carbs, would not idle and did not have any top end power. Cleaning carbs solved top end power and idle issue once it warms up. Any suggestions

Is this a prime start motor or does it have a choke?
Check timing to make sure it is advancing like it should during start if it is a prime start.
If a choke, are you raising fast idle lever during start?
Did you follow the steps in service manual adjusting everything ( link and sync) after reinstalling carbs?
