Hello. I have a 2008 Yamaha F200 outboard (400hrs) that will fire up, run flawlessly, and then just run out of fuel. I ran a diagnostic test on it, no codes. I have changed the filters, changed primer bulb, changed the relief valve located before the low pressure pump, cleaned the VST and changed filter screen on medium pressure pump, replaced medium pressure pump, checked tank vent, checked tank pick up tube, checked anti-syphon valve on the tank. I'm at a loss. I don't have a shop manual for this engine and was wondering if there is more than one check valve in the fuel system. The check valve I took off today was completely corroded and non fuctional. If I squeeze the primer bulb it will keep running. I hope someone can lend a suggestion or two. I'm out of ideas. Thanks for your time.
