carbs for a 90 prov 150

Yes I am looking for replacement lower carb for a 90 prov 150. I am wondering since mine are obsolete is there other year models that are not obsolete that will work. I have cleaned my lower carb 3 times now and adjusted the float and fuel still comes out of the lower carb. It still runs and gets up to plane but runs a little rough and not as quick. does anyone have any answers for me. Will the 6J9-14303-03-00 work in its place it is from a 89. Would like to know how to adjust the carbs. Thank you for any information you can give

6J9-14303-03-00 probably would work but never tried it.
