Miss fire in one cylinder

Hello Im new to this so please bear with me. I just cleaned the carbs out and needle valves, put fresh gas in, and new plugs. It still miss fires I think it may be the one coil but before I buy one I thought I might ask some on here to comfirm if I am right. This is on a 50hp 2005 2 stroke Yamaha.

When does it miss

Test compression and spark on all cylinders
If that is OK check fuel pump to see if it is leaking fuel into crank case on #3
