do i need to change the oil seals when changing impeller kit?

so i pull out all the impeller parts and all that left is the drive shaft with bearings around. i got the kit from yammy dealer which has 3 gaskets, a o-ring, a metal plate and cup with other small bits. however im not sure if to replace that oil seals or not, the gearcase is not leaking oil at all previously.



what do u think?

not normally, but since you already have it pulled down that far it would be silly not to. dont forget to get a new oring to go around the seal housing.
