starter problems

Need help as starter does not engage on 175 two cycle salt water series. Only hear a buzz from the soilinod relay.

Have battery tested at part store, while you have the battery out clean all connections.
After reinstalling battery do a voltage drop test to see if you have a bad cable or connection

Test everything to see what the problem is.

If you want someone to tell you exactly what the problem is with it, take it to someone that can troubleshoot it properly if you can not.
