  • 2000 yamaha waverunner 1200 limited

    im having an issue with water leaking out of the ypvs on the shaft towards the front of the craft i have the service manual and it says that it needs an oil seal and washer and circlip im not sure if that will stop the water coming in or is there a missing hose where this connects to. the diagram is located on cylinder crank case 2 diagram

    There is no water that goes to power valves, water would have to be coming from somewhere else, water passage on head or exhaust.

      im not sure if thats what the part is called its on the left side of the motor and it looks like a tube but i ran it on the hose and its pissing outta there. the part is 3 boxes with tubes running to each one sorry for the bad description lol

        i just took a better look at it its a lil spout under the ypvs by the exhaust its a !/4 spout with a lil rib on it the spout is the size of a car fuel filter with the same rib i dont know if it needs to be plugged or a hose is missing im clueless

            yes thats the thing thats pissing out water idk if theres a hose thats goes there cuz i can find a loose im stumped i got this thing sold then it takes on water i bought a new ski and gotta finishing paying on it

              the funny thing my neighbot has the same exact machine and his dosent have that lil nipple aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

                Maybe it has a crack init and need to replace it.

                  its not cracked i seeing the water coming out of the end when i run on the house i tried pulling the exhaust yesterday but i need some sockets that swivel cuz its so tight in there i think it maybe was plugged with something by the previous owner idk cuz it run and rides fun no cooling issues it just fills up with water then it bogs out
