water psi guage @ "0"

Hi,
I have a 2004 200hp 4 stroke and the water pressure guage stopped reading,
got a good stream out of the telltale, Yamaha says it should have about 11 psi
@ wot.I think it is a mechanical guage, anybody ever troubleshoot one of these?

Probably need to clean out tubing between engine and gauge may be plugged up.
